long; 21 grams
Comments: A rare spoon made by one of the finest
silversmiths from the Channel Islands (according to R. Mayne in "Old
Channel Islands Silver, It's Makers & Marks"). This spoon has a
clear maker's mark and has two short engraved lines to the front of the wavy
end terminal, to simulate a trefid spoon, in the manner only found amongst
Channel Island's silver.
