Item: Spoon Description: Chased Galleon Hallmark: London 1928 by Omar Ramsden Dimensions: 186mm length; 68 grams Comments: A stunning example of Ramsden's work. The front terminal is chased with a three-masted galleon in full sail above Poseidon's trident. The reverse side is chased with the opposite side of the galleon with the back of the sails and rigging shown. This is a long spoon with a rattail to the reverse of the hammered bowl.
