Item: Mustard Pot Description: Peg Tankard Hallmark: London 1869 by George Fox Dimensions: 82mm tall; 60mm diameter; 86mm long; 125g weight Comments: An unusual Victorian mustard pot in the form of a 17th Century Scandinavian peg tankard. The quality is as good as one would expect from this fine maker and a good gauge of silver has been used in it's construction. It retains it's original blue glass liner, the interior of the body is gilt and an engraved cipher is located to the cover.
