Item:  Straining Spoon Description: Fiddle Pattern Hallmark: London 1829 by William Eaton Dimensions: approx. 313mm length; 147g weight

Comments: A very rare Georgian period fiddle pattern straining spoon with central divider down the length of the bowl. This 12" long spoon would originally have been intended to serve gravy, but is perfect for all manner of vegetables and thin sauces. It has a good hefty weight and is in superb original condition with an engraved crest to the front terminal.
