Comments: This spoon is a great example from Hilliard & Thomason's range of embossed bowl and tendril handle range. The bowl is gilt, with minor wear to the highpoints of the bunch of grapes and tip giving a pleasing two tone effect. The hallmarks are stamped to the reverse side of the uppermost vine leaf and were particularly difficult to photograph!
