Comments: A wonderful quality canteen at a remarkably good price. Each piece has a hefty feel in the hand. The canteen is composed of two part canteens that are a near identical match to each other. Thirty four pieces display a griffin crest and is mainly hallmarked London 1890/91 by George Maudsley Jackson. Twenty five pieces bear a crest depicting two claws supported by wings atop a crown and are by Chawner & Company. There is a single dessert spoon with a greyhound crest.

The knives are complementing early 20thC square bone handled with stainless steel blades.
