N.B. As antique silver handled knives in good condition are so difficult to find, we advocate new knives with stainless steel blades. Fiddle Pattern knives were only introduced in the last 30 years - antique examples do not exist. They can be quite awkward to handle and for this reason we prefer to supply the plain Old English Pip knives as an alternative.
