Item: Spoon Description: Trefid; Laceback Hallmark: London 1677 by Lawrence Cole Dimensions: 199 mm long, 44g weight Comments: An excellent example of a Charles II period laceback trefid spoon. The die-struck decoration to both reverse side of the bowl and front terminal is extremely crisp. Contemporary dated baptismal initials can be found to the reverse terminal.
