Comments: A fantastic example of a West Country trefid spoon made by a Huguenot family living in Devon. The new standard SE mark relates to either Henry Servant of Barnstaple or Francis Servant of Bideford. The spoons bears a superb set of Britannia Standard hallmarks from Exeter assay office and the spoon itself in beautiful condition with a full bowl and crisp reeded rattail. The reverse terminal bears original dot prick engraved betrothal initials with date. Each feature of this spoon adds to its attraction - highly recommended!
