Antique Silver

Item: Fork Description: Hanoverian; three-pronged Hallmark: London 1735 Dimensions: 191mm long; 62 grams

Comments: A good hefty George II period table fork with an engraved crest to the reverse terminal. The hallmarks include the rare for London "V" date letter, but there is no sign of any maker's mark. There is some of the usual loss of length to the tines, but they are pretty good compared to most and condition overall is fine.

Ref.: KH/6349a Price: SOLD
