Comments: Looking for a toast rack? This is as
good as you will find! This Victorian toast rack is of the very highest
quality and was made by Hunt & Roskell (the crown above the maker's
mark denotes "by appointment" to Queen Victoria). The firm
originated from the workshop of Paul Storr - England's greatest
silversmith of the 19th Century (as is proudly engraved to the underside -
see photo). The toast rack has a good hefty weight and is in excellent
condition. A discreet engraved Coat-of-Arms can be found to the top of the
handle.
