1783 by J. Shields Dimensions: approx. 324 mm long; g weight Comments: A superb example of an 18thC Irish basting spoon. This is an elegant and long spoon with thick tip to the bowl. It bears an interesting engraved crest to the terminal above the letter "W". The hallmarks are in very good condition and the spoon has a fine patina.
