Comments: These are an outstanding quality pair of Victorian grape shears. The chain link decoration along the lengths of both sides of each handle are gilt with silver flower heads between. Parcel gilding items in this fashion is extremely difficult and is an indication of their high quality. They are presented within their original case which has preserved them in near mint condition.
