Antique Silver

Item: Beaker Description: Collapsible Hallmark: London 1892 by Sampson Mordan & Co. Dimensions: 85mm tall, 46mm diameter base, 105grams

Comments: This is the finest quality collapsible beaker we have ever seen! It closes down in to a small round box that will easily fit in to a pocket and sits nicely in the palm of your hand.

The top cover closes in to the lowest segment and similarly the base fits in to the top rim so that all is securely fastened away. Simply pulling apart the fittings extends the beaker to it's full 12 segment height and reveals its' gilt interior. It just looks and feels like a high quality object and will highly amuse as well as serve a practical purpose.

This telescopic beaker was made by Sampson Mordan and Co and each section is appropriately part marked. The underside is also engraved with the name and address of Thornhill - the original retailers.
