Postage/Shipping We are happy to send items in any way you choose. However, our recommendations are as follows: UK Items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day delivery with full insurance & a signature will be required upon receipt). The cost to send a single item by this method will be £6, sets of flatware/cutlery will cost £7. Canteens will be shipped either by Special Delivery or Parcel Force 24 dependent upon weight. All parcels are covered by our 3rd party insurance to their full value and delivery is next day. N.B. Free delivery on all web-site orders exceeding £500. International All items (except canteens) will be shipped via International Signed-for Delivery and be covered to their full value by our own 3rd party insurance. Delivery is generally within 5 to 10 days and a signature will be required upon receipt. The cost to send a single item by this method will be £9 and sets of flatware/cutlery will cost £12. Canteens will generally be shipped by Parcel Force Global Express with full 3rd party insurance. The delivery time to Europe is 2 days and all other destination 3 to 4 days. N.B.
