Comments: A rare Scottish Provincial teaspoon
in fiddle pattern with Scottish proportions. The marks are "JS",
"mitre", "mitre" and the

Montrose is a coastal town on the east coast of Scotland
approximately half way between Dundee and Aberdeen.
