Delivery Information 

All purchases are dispatched within three working days of payment (unless otherwise stated). Delivery to UK addresses will generally be via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service with full insurance). 

Shipping to International addresses will generally be via International Signed-for delivery. This service will arrive via your national postal service and require a signature upon receipt. Large items (e.g. most canteens) may be sent via International Global Priority or International Datapost. Transit insurance for all international postal services is covered by a third party insurance policy.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of disappointment, we offer a no quibble full money back guarantee, within ten days of receipt. Refunds will be made once we have received the goods.

In the event of loss or damage whilst in transit, reimbursement will be made once compensation has been made by the appropriate carrier.
