weight Comments: A fine quality pair of tea tongs by one of the best specialist makers. A three piece central hinge is always a sign of that extra quality. These are an early pair by Plumpton as they bear the distinctive pre-1756 lion passant mark. Both finger grips are well marked in the same manner.
