1807 by John Reilly Dimensions: 22mm wide x 28mm high Comments: A good Georgian wine label bearing an engraved letter "H" - for Hock or Hollands. This is an early example of the single letter label and its' design has been described as the "Postage Stamp". See figure 268 in "Wine Labels 1730 - 2003" edited by John Salter for a similar example.
