Details

A fine quality Georgian silver half pint mug in excellent condition. This baluster shaped tankard was made by one of the finest mid-18th century large plate-worker - William Shaw. The mug has a nice hefty weight with a leaf capped scroll handle. It benefits from having neither engravings nor erasures and a good set of hallmarks to the underside.
