These are a beautiful set of Georgian silver teaspoons decorated to the front stems with bright-cut engraving incorporating original "C" ownership initials. 

The set of six spoons was made towards the close of the 18th century by the partnership of Peter and Ann Bateman; the former being the son of the famous Hester, and the latter her daughter-in-law (widow of Jonathan). The spoons are in excellent condition with crisp decoration and good, unworn bowls.
