Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This Scottish provincial fiddle pattern silver dessert spoon was made by Andrew Davidson in the north eastern town of Arbroath.

The spoon is engraved with an original initial "M" to the front terminal and is in excellent condition. The reverse side is stamped with four marks: "AD" maker's mark, ? (x2), and the sought after portcullis mark for Arbroath.

Famed for its smoke-cured haddock known as Arbroath Smokies, Arbroath is a former Royal burgh and the largest town in Angus.
