Arts & Crafts Mustard Pot by Omar Ramsden, 1925

This is a handsome Arts & Crafts silver mustard pot with a hexagonal profile made by the famous Omar Ramsden.

The inside is fitted with its original, removable blue glass liner that is also hexagonal and extends the full length of the pot. There is ropework decoration around the top rim with a similar finer gauge band around the hinged cover. The whole piece has a planished (spot hammered) finish that reflects its hand-made, arts and crafts manufacture. 

A full set of clear London hallmarks are located adjacent to the handle and the "Omar Ramsden Me Fecit" engraving can be found to the inside of the flared base. The whole piece is in excellent condition with no issue to either silver or glass.
