This is a handsome antique Scottish provincial silver table spoon with clear marks for Edward Livingstone of Dundee.
At 9.5" long, this is a good-sized serving spoon with a nice balanced feel in the hand. It bears the "EL" makers mark for Edward Livingstone, plus a "U" and so-called "topped heart" stamp. The front terminal is engraved with a contemporary to manufacture "H" in script. The spoon is in excellent condition with a good patina.
