Stage Coach Vesta Case, Mordan 1901

This is a fabulous example of a Mordan enamelled vesta case with a stage coach pulled by 4 horses and ready to set off from a stately home. This is a wonderful scene dating from the very end of the stage coach period, just as the automobile began to take a hold. The enamelling has been expertly executed and is in fine condition. The vesta case has a sprung flip top and a striker to the other end. A stunning piece in excellent condition!
