This is a really top class example of an Exeter marked silver tea caddy spoon. It has a good, sturdy weight with a nicely made fluted bowl and it benefits from having crisp decoration with no engravings. This spoon was made by the Bristol outfit of William Brothers and bears clear Exeter assay office hallmarks. It is in fine condition throughout.
