This is a fine example of an Acorn pattern sterling silver caddy spoon made by Georg Jensen. Acorn Pattern was designed by Johan Rohde in 1916 and is one of Jensen's most successful patterns.
The spoon bears clear post-1945 Georg Jensen marks and is in excellent condition.
Known also by its Danish name of Konge, which means "King", this is the partner pattern to Dronning or Queen which is known in English as Acanthus Pattern. See below for an Acanthus pattern spoon that is also currently available.
