Weighing in at a hefty 54 tr.oz., this is a magnificent 2-handled Georgian silver bowl in the manner of the famous Warwick Vase.

The quality of decoration is superb with the two handles wonderfully modelled as entwined oak branches with beautifully detailed oak leaves and acorns where the handles meet the body. The lower half of the campana shaped body is expertly chased with flowers against a backdrop of leaves. The upper section to one side is engraved with a coat-of-arms.

The bowl stands on a square pedestal foot and would be ideal for use as a punch bowl or large rose bowl. Made by the House of Barnards, this sumptuous silver bowl benefits from remaining in fine condition throughout.
