Earl's Coronet Dental Mirror, 1856

We are offering a superb quality example of a rare Victorian silver-gilt dental mirror. This small mirror is gilt all over and is beautifully engraved, no doubt showing the superior standing of the recipient - they are generally plain and without gilding. To add to the probable rich provenance is the engraved "WS" or "SW" cipher surmounted by an earl's five point coronet. This dental mirror oozes high quality and is in fine condition throughout with clear hallmarks.
