Marrow Scoop - Double-ended - London 1784/5 by Hester Bateman - 22.8cm long; 40g - ES/8831

Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is a great example of a Georgian marrow scoop made by Hester Bateman. The double ended scoop is in the usual form with a lovely engraved crest to the reverse of the larger section. The all important hallmarks are in excellent condition with a clear "HB" maker's mark, plus the bonus of a fine example of the incuse duty mark (only used for 18 months between December 1784 and July 1786).
