This is a superb quality Irish silver table spoon in fabulous condition.
The spoon weighs a hefty 2.5 troy ounces and the superior gauge required for such a spoon has the extra bonus of protecting the spoon from the ravages of time and so means the condition is first class as well.
The Dublin hallmarks are excellent, with a really crisp "CS" maker's mark for the top spoonmaker Christopher Skinner. The reverse terminal bears an original engraved crest, further adding to the desirability of this fine Hanoverian pattern spoon. There are no negative condition issues to report.
