The famous Jockey Cap silver caddy spoon is far more commonly found dating from the Georgian period than from Victoria's reign.

Made by Hilliard and Thomason, this lovely example is attractively engraved to the visor, cap and button, with a vacant shield-shaped cartouche to the centre of the peak. The full set of hallmarks are located to the inside and the spoon is in fabulous condition throughout.
