Sorry, this item is out of stock.

Limerick silver is very scarce and this is a great example of a teaspoon - the most affordable piece likely to be found.

The spoon has the Celtic Point form with bright-cut engraved decoration. The plume of feathers motif to the terminal is typical of Limerick silver and the cartouche features a lion crest. The reverse of the bowl bears two MFG maker's marks for Maurice Fitzgerald, with one being far clearer than the other.

This attractive silver teaspoon is in fine condition with a good bowl tip.
