Dating from the early Edwardian period, this novelty silver pepper pot is beautifully modelled in the form of a hare with super long ears!
It stands on four long legs and has a pull-off head for filling purposes and piercings to the top for pouring. Made by Grey & Co, this good quality pepperette is fully hallmarked to one of the fore legs and partial marks to the head and is in excellent condition.
