Table Spoons (Pair) - Hanoverian Rattail pattern - London 1720 by Charles Jackson - 19.7cm long; 121g combined weight - CT/1730b
Charles Jackson was a premier specialist silver spoonmaker and these hefty table spoons exemplify the fine quality emanating from his workshop.
Both of these George I period silver Hanoverian Rattail pattern table spoons bears a fabulous engraved crest of a cockatrice to the reverse terminal. They are a good solid set of spoons with bold rattails and clear sets of hallmarks. The overall condition, including the antique patina is excellent.
