Sorry, this item is out of stock.

An exceptional pair of Irish provincial basting spoons in fantastic condition and with an unusual feature. The pair are in fiddle pattern with elongated terminals, but we have not previously encountered the star-shaped shoulders before. These spoons have a very hefty weight in the hand and are in fabulous condition with very thick bowl tips and a lovely patina. The terminals bear contemporary script initials and the marks to the reverse are near mint.
