Toddy Ladle - Fiddle Pattern - Perth circa 1810 by William Ritchie - 16cm long; 24g - DP/1744
This is a good Scottish provincial silver toddy ladle made by William Ritchie of Perth.
The fiddle pattern handle is engraved with a contemporary to manufacture script engraved "JM" monogram and stamped to the reverse side with the "WR" maker's mark and twice with the double headed eagle mark for Perth. This Georgian toddy ladle is in fine condition.
