Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is a fabulous early Victorian silver mustard pot with unusual pierced and mask decoration.

Made by the premier London silversmith of Charles & George Fox, this octagonal mustard pot is beautifully pierced with floral scroll trellis-work and each alternate corner showing a female figure with her hair forming part of the flowing tendrils. The hinged cover is attractively engraved, centred by a crest (worn) and has an openwork thumb piece. There is neither damage nor repair and the original removable blue glass liner is in fine condition.
