Plique-a-jour Liberty Bowl, 1901

What a beautiful silver bowl! This is a really lovely piece of Cymric Liberty with rarely found plique-a-jour enamel to four vignettes around the base. The bowl has an all over planished finish and feels fantastic in the hand. The Liberty hallmarks and stamp denoting that it was from the CYMRIC range are all clear and found to the underside. This is probably an Archibald Knox design as similar bowls are shown in the Knox book. Excellent condition throughout.
