This is a beautiful Edwardian silver spoon made by Omar Ramsden and Alwyn Carr in the Art Nouveau manner.
The spoon has a lovely swirling, stylised flower to the terminal and has been hand-made in typical arts and crafts style with the original planishing marks from the hammering process still showing to the bowl. The spoon has a nice, balanced weight in the hand and is a great quality example of a Ramsden & Carr spoon. The condition is excellent.
