Flower Vase - Capstan-shape with Chased Flowers - London 1902 by Omar Ramsden & Alwyn Carr - 8.4cm high; 7.5cm diameter (base); 4.8cm diameter (top); 99g - JS/4754

This is a beautiful arts & crafts silver flower vase made by the much sought after partnership of Omar Ramsden & Alwyn Carr.

The capstan-shaped side is attractively chased with a posy of flowers - the ideal accompaniment to the vase! In typical Ramsden & Carr style, the vase retains it's spot hammer marks from being hand-raised and is clearly hallmarked for London 1902. An early piece by the partnership and in fine condition throughout.
