Sorry, this item is out of stock.

The Huguenot silversmith, Paul Hanet, is one of the mostly highly regarded English silversmiths of the early 18th century. His "PH" maker's mark is clearly stamped to this silver mote spoon in combination with a lion passant mark. Dating from the mid 1720's, this mote spoon has a rattail to the reverse of the bowl, a scroll pierced bowl and a mitre-shaped spike to the end of the handle. It is in fine condition throughout.
