This Regency period silver mustard pot just oozes the high quality one would expect from the workshop of Paul Storr.
It is a good-sized, oblong mustard pot with a band of meandering floral scrolls around the body and gadroon mount to the top rim and pedestal foot. The hinged cover is topped by an egg and calyx finial and the harp-shaped handles capped with a leaf. The interior retains its original lemon-gilding.
This fine quality mustard pot has a very hefty weight and is fully hallmarked to the body (part worn) and partially marked to the inside cover. It is in excellent condition.
