Sorry, this item is out of stock.

This is a terrific silver trefid spoon dating from the reign of William III. The spoon has lots of interesting features and is in fantastic condition. It has a good hefty weight of almost 2tr.oz. and it feels good in the hand. The rattail to the reverse of the bowl is decorated with beads and the bowl itself is in good, with just a tiny amount of wear to the tip.The trefid-shaped terminal is engraved with original baptismal initials. The spoon is struck with four clear Britannia Standard hallmarks making this a fine all round example of the type.
