A great example of a Victorian silver hunting horn in the usual form with an interesting engraved inscription. The horn is in fine original condition with a 2.5" diameter bell. The inscription reads:-

  "Presented to

Thomas Leamon

the twin brother of William

and his faithful coadjutor

in the field and on behalf of his

 field and friends

Edward Archer

Octr 12th 1871"
