This is a fine example of a late Victorian silver bridge box complete with two full sets of half-sized playing cards.
The box has two compartments and is gilded to the interior. There is a hinged, domed cover that remains free from personalised engravings. Bridge boxes are relatively scarce and this is a fine, plain example made by Henry Stuart Brown in excellent condition.
