Details

This good-looking early Victorian chamber stick has a cut-out round form which is mirrored in the removable sconce nozzle. The original cone-shaped extinguisher is still present and the whole piece is gilt (gold-washed) all over. This top quality portable candlestick has a good hefty weight with a strong carrying handle and stands on three cast scroll feet. The condition is excellent and each piece bears appropriate matching hallmarks.
