This good quality toast rack is a rare piece of York-made silver and boasts a clear set of hallmarks including the JB/WN mark of the makers. It has six divisions for holding slices of toast, stands on four winged paw feet and has a decorative carrying handle. The toast rack has a good, hefty weight in the hand and remains in fine condition throughout.
