These are a fantastic pair of Georgian silver goblets made by the top maker, Solomon Hougham.
Standing on square pedestal bases, these large NeoClassical wine cups have lovely gilt interiors and are engraved to the sides with an engraved crest featuring a stag's head over a script monogram "ID" (for the modern "JD"). They have a superb feeling of quality in the hand and are in excellent condition throughout.
