Canon-handled Serving Spoon 1701

This is a fantastic example of the highly sought after canon handled basting spoons. This huge server has a very generous, deep bowl and a long hollow handle. The condition and patina is excellent with just one or two minor dings to the handle. A major bonus is the superb set of Britannia Standard hallmarks to the bowl (plus lion's head erased part marks on the handle). A stunning piece of William & Mary period silver.
